Racism arised in the 1800s. With insperation from nationalromance and socialdrawinism. Before racism was more black vs. withe. Now days I think you can describe racism in many different ways and perspective. Some people belive that some races are superior then outhers. Theris some people that mean that racism do not exist, just because you can´t scientific demonstrate that people get divide up in different race categories.

Every day people get judges by the external. People treats unfair, insulted and degrade because of theirs skincoloer, eyecolor or sex. Anything that makes a individual special, odd och different in some way, and because that people get judges by the external and not their inner qualities. This racism have been receive to small meaning. I think we can still say that racism still are among us!
The consequence with this kind of actions I think are in most of all when it comes to jobs, with hireing. Thats just one of the consequence.
A study showed that black men were only one-third as likely to get a positive response on their job application as their white counterparts. It´s even more troubling finding jobs for black men with a clean background than white with a criminals one.

I´m speaking of experience when I know that this is so hard on children and teenager in school and on the free time when it comes to fit in. I think many adjust them self just to fit in. This i terrible that you can´t be your self, that you feel that you must adjust to be accept.
I hope but I don´t think that this sort of racism are gonna go away, any soon. I mean every one can´t feel or think the same way about everything. So I think theres always some one how feels that some people are more worthy than outhers. But I thinkt is gonna go away some day fare from now(or I really hope) so all mankind can live on an equal footing.
